Weekly Sessions
- Each week, you'll participate in a 60-minute interactive group session led by Coach Stephen Spence.
- These sessions will delve into specific topics related to stress management, incorporating expert guidance, experiential exercises, and group discussions.
- You'll have the opportunity to share insights, ask questions, and connect with fellow participants who are on a similar journey to manage stress and enhance well-being.

One-on-one Coaching
- As part of the program, you'll receive two 45-minute individual 1:1 sessions with Coach Stephen Spence.

- You'll have the opportunity to explore challenges, receive feedback, and develop actionable strategies to overcome obstacles and maximize your progress.
Group Collaboration

Logistics
Program Duration
- The program spans 8 weeks, with each week dedicated to exploring a specific aspect of stress management.
- Sessions will be held once a week, with a total of 8 group sessions and 2 individual 1:1 sessions (valued at $1000) over the course of the program.
Investment
- To secure your spot in the program, a payment of $400 is required upon registration for the whole 8-week program.
- Registration will be open until (date to be determined), or until all spots are filled, whichever comes first. Please note that spaces are limited to ensure personalized attention and support for each individual.
The program is limited to 12 spots. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
