Our Founder's Journey

From an early age, Stephen Spence felt a deep calling to help others, though he initially pursued a traditional corporate career. As he advanced into leadership roles within Fortune 500 companies, he witnessed the damaging effects of high-stress environments on both personal well-being and professional performance over his 10+ years. After experiencing burnout himself, Stephen sought out stress management techniques, including visualization, that transformed his own life and reignited his passion for helping others.

With his passion for helping others overcome stress and live their best life, Stephen founded Attitude, Altitude, and Acceptance Coaching LLC. His mission is to empower high performers to master stress, unlock their potential, and design purposeful, fulfilling lives. Through his coaching practice, Stephen guides professionals on a journey of stress management, self-discovery, and Life Architecture, enabling them to achieve lasting clarity, balance, and freedom from overwhelm.
