About Stephen

I Don’t Coach.
I Reconstruct.

I’m Stephen Spence, founder of Attitude, Altitude, and Acceptance Coaching. If you’re here, you’re probably not just looking for motivation. You’re looking for clarity, real progress, and a new way forward, because something inside you knows the old way isn’t working anymore.

The Life I Outgrew

The Life I Outgrew
(and What I Found Beneath It)

I spent over a decade in corporate leadership building success by every external measure. The credentials, the performance, the forward motion. All of it was real. And none of it was mine.

That life was not broken. It just belonged to someone I had outgrown. Somewhere beneath the role, the reputation, and the relentless forward push, a different version of myself was waiting to be recognized.

There was a moment of stillness. Not collapse, not crisis. Where I stopped performing and started listening. Through deep inner work, reflection, and radical honesty about who I actually was, I began releasing what no longer fit. What I found underneath was not just purpose. It was identity.

That is what led me here. And it is what I help others reclaim.

“This isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about letting go of what was never truly yours, and rebuilding from the foundation up.”

The Method

Attitude. Altitude. Acceptance.
The Three Phases of Personal Reconstruction

Attitude

Examining the identity you inherited and the unwritten rules that have been quietly running your life behind the scenes.

Altitude

Stepping back to see who you actually want to be, how you want to lead, and how you want to relate to people.

Acceptance

Owning your true identity and bringing it into how you show up in your relationships, your work, and your daily life.

This is not self-help. This is identity architecture.

What I Believe

What I Believe

Clarity is earned by asking better questions about who you actually are, not by adding more to your plate.

Knowing who you are is more powerful than running blindly toward a milestone.

Most people are not stuck. They are loyal to an identity they have simply outgrown.

Your identity dictates your relationships. How you see yourself completely shapes every connection you build.

Reconstruction is sacred. It deserves precision, not pressure.

Let’s Build Together

Let’s Build
Together

If you’re feeling the quiet pull that says, “Something deeper is calling me,” you’re not alone, and you’re not behind.

We begin wherever you are. We build from the truth you’ve been trying to hear.
