How do I manage or cancel my IdentityQuest subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the app store where you originally downloaded the app:
On iPhone/iPad (iOS): Open the Settings app > Tap your Name > Tap Subscriptions > Select IdentityQuest.
On Android: Open the Google Play Store app > Tap your Profile Icon (top right) > Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Tap Subscriptions > Select IdentityQuest.
I subscribed but the "Member" features aren't showing up. What should I do?
If your subscription is active in your store account but locked in the app, use the "Restore Purchases" button located on the IdentityQuest settings or paywall screen. This re-syncs your app with Apple/Google to unlock your features.
How do I restore my IdentityQuest subscription?
If you have an active subscription but the features are locked, open the IdentityQuest app, go to the profile page, and tap 'Restore Purchases'. This will re-link your account without charging you again
How can I request a refund?
Refunds are processed by the respective stores, not directly by Attitude, Altitude, and Acceptance Coaching:
Android Users: Visit play.google.com/store/account or use the "Request a refund" option in the Google Play Help Center.
How do I delete my account?
To request the deletion of your IdentityQuest account and all associated data, please email info@aaa-coaching.com with the subject 'IdentityQuest Account Deletion Request'. We will process your request permanently within 7 days.
