Questions about your IdentityQuest subscription or account? Find answers below.

To manage or cancel your subscription, go to your device’s app store settings. On iOS, go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android, open the Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions. Select IdentityQuest and manage from there.
Try restoring your purchase first. Open the app, go to Settings, and tap “Restore Purchases.” If that doesn’t resolve it, sign out of your account and sign back in. Still having trouble? Email info@aaa-coaching.com with your order confirmation.
Open the app, navigate to Settings, and tap “Restore Purchases.” Make sure you are signed in with the same account used at the time of purchase.
Refund requests are handled through the app store where you purchased. For iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, visit the Google Play Help Center. You can also email info@aaa-coaching.com and we will assist.
To delete your account, email info@aaa-coaching.com with the subject line “Delete My Account” and your registered email address. We will process your request within 5 business days.
