Delete from within the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the IdentityQuest app:
Steps
- Open the IdentityQuest app on your device
- Navigate to Profile > Settings
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
This action is irreversible. Once confirmed, your account, identity snapshots, practices, commitments, and momentum history will be permanently erased from our servers and cannot be restored.

Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly. Please send your request to:
info@aaa-coaching.com
Please include in your email
- The email address you used to create your IdentityQuest account
- The subject line: "Delete My Account"
What will be deleted
- Your account and profile
- All practices, commitments, reminders, and momentum history
- All personal data associated with your account
What to note
- We do not retain your personal data after deletion
- If you have an active subscription through Apple or Google, you must cancel it separately through your app store to avoid future charges
- Requests are processed within 7 business days
